Description of research / survey

The main objective of the survey was threefold. First, to examine the remuneration of members of BHM, BSRB and KÍ; wage terms, attitude to the working environment, opportunities for career development, integration of work and private life and lifelong learning. Second, to investigate whether gender-based pay differentials were among the members. Third, to examine whether there were differences in terms of employment based on people's backgrounds and characteristics of workplaces such as their size and role.
