Description of Research / Survey

The main objective of the survey was threefold. First of all, to examine the remuneration of the members of the staff of Reykjavik Employee. Second, to investigate whether gender-based wage differentials are among members, based on wages on February 1, 2007. Third and last, the survey is a general attitude and service survey for the employee company to use in its work and policy formulation.
